#The Change Maker Mindset, the beginning
"The most important success factor of the future will be a radical human changemaker mindset."
When it comes to change, tiny is mighty.
1. Stop judging always
2. Take your aspirations and break it down into small steps
3. Embrace mistakes as learnings and use it to move forward
Creating tiny positive habits is the path to develop bigger ones.. We never had time.. the biggest challenge. But the fact is my son and the Prime Minister have only 24 hours in a day, but what they do are different.. So it’s schedule management, not time management I would say.
Here, to develop a habit – start tiny. Focus on actions you can do in less than 10 minutes. This way you can wire (neuro wire) habits and they will grow naturally. How – this will be of less pressure for you, as it’s tiny and less risky to fail. More over it allows you to start NOW!
My routine is the approach of cultivating the tiny habits. And I got inspiration from the last book I read, Tiny Habits, and the Practices I do as NLP Practitioner.
Two things.. important
1. Say Thanks
2. Do Appreciate
Everyone is unique.. everyone is important.. appreciate efforts & say thanks.. we don't want to be narrow minded & compare this with that... we don't strive for perfection, we strive for progress... every day, every moment.. perfection is always a hypothesis.. develop a healthy habit which will give birth to a wealthy attitude! Be in an open frame... accept things as it is & love all.
So why to wait, tell NOW – “It’s going to be a great day”. Do the same affirmation every morning after you wake up!
Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forward. The only factor that you can influence yourself - from start to finish - is your personality. Your mindset. Develop it further and you'll be able to look to the future in an outcome frame! Cheers!
