This program aims at bridging the gap in professionalism likely to be exemplified by the candidate, from the campus, and the professional expectation of the corporate. The training programs are tailor made to sharpen their skills and it covers modules like aptitude, attitude, neuro-linguistic, psychometric, logical reasoning, interview skills, group discussions, mock interviews, entrepreneurship development, creativity, innovation, professional makeover, administrative skills, life skills, managerial skills, computer fundamentals, public speaking, personal grooming, thought transformation, leadership wisdom etc.

Many surveys and experts indicated their views on employability skills of our youth. Employability skills are not restricted to communication skills or technical skills; it is the overall grooming of the youth and their readiness to enter into corporate world. We empower student community with employability skill enhancement techniques that ensure successful transition in their professional career.

Individuals are most employable when they have broad-based education and training, basic and portable high-level skills that enables them to adapt to changes in the world of work.
